i just contacts and i was wondering if there is a good way of how to put contact lenses in????

Open your eye lids with your pointer and thumb and just pop em in! It might take a few trys but they will go in! Try putting contacts in a 2 year olds eye! I have too every week!

I've worn contact lenses since 1997. The first time was apain because I had the hardest time putting them on. It got so bad that I was actually starting to regret it. But, practice makes perfect. They told me to tilt my head back, but that didn't work for me. What I do now, and have been doing for the longest of time is just looking staright ahead. Depending on which hand you use, use the opposite middle finger to hold the upper lid open.Then, with your other middle finger, pull the lower lid down, place lens on eyeball, and adjust as necessary. It works for me, but like I said practice makes perfect.

I have been wearing them for about 6 years. I put the contact on my pointer finger and then use my middle finger of the same hand to pull underneath my eye down and put it in. Practice makes perfect. It took me a bit to get it too.

I've found the easiest way to put them in is (assuming you're right handed) put your pointer and middle fingers of your left hand under your eye and pull down gently, and then look up while putting your contact in with the middle finger of your right hand. It should go in quite easily.
