small and nice - we spent the money on a awesome honeymoon that we would remember, not the splash for others to remember during our vows!

I'm getting married soon. We are having a very small wedding (me, him, our daughter, maybe our parents). We have the money for a big wedding, but I can't see the point in all the fuss. The vows all mean the same thing, no matter how much money you spend to say them!

We had a small intimate wedding. Only closest family and friends were invited. It made it more personal to me to have it small. Too many people and it gets to be about appearance and nothing else.

We had a court house wedding. We did our vows there. And we had an outdoor reception as some one posted earlier. Its more laid back and fun when its small and its friends and family that are around you all the time.
