Blair would say "i could go in and try it out and see if it works but don't have to be successful until Condi goes in"
Bush would say "Yo, Blair get out of there". then he'd ask Condi what a condom is.
she'd tell the idiot that it was a Condi plastic bag for catching god's little pro-life supporters and to let her get on with it.

I'd have to say Condi Rice.
For the main reason that the others would dig thier own graves. George W's sample campaign would be: "Don't use condom's. They're an affront to God and Muslim fanaticicts will blow you up if you do"
Tony Blair's would be: "Cheri and I use (brand name) condoms and we find them most satisfying. Cheri really likes the ribbed ones..." Eeewww
I daresay Condi would win by just turning up in leathers with whip and voicing the slogan: "If you don't use (brand name) condoms, you're a very bad boy." *crack*
