I am looking to fly out december 26 and return jan 1 times are flexible does anybody know of a deal or a good website to look at for deals.

Travel Zoo. Orbitz, Hotwire, traveloicity, Travel hero, yahoo travel, there are tons. Also watch your newspaper on Sundays, Northwest just a some really great rates like Chicago to NY one way $99.00.

United has some pretty good deals but I would book early to avoid higher prices due to the holidays.

but considering you're looking at blackout dates, a deal is not looking too good for you.
