The question comes from a song that gives the impresion of a false impresion.

"Only the good die young"

It is not true, a good person will have better moral judgement than a bad person and make better life disisions.

On the other hand if you want to say that a good person is altruistic enough to try to save someone even though they might risk themselves. You would be right.

I guess it depends on your definition of good and bad and what action they are taking to die.

Becasue they may be good but their driving is really bad they hot rod and drive like idiots so in turn the good ones die young because of bad driving habits.

Every one is born reasonably good. The ones who die early don't have time to turn bad.

Those considered good tend to be heroes, and heroes are usually egotistical, too sure of themselves, too willing to risk themselves for something that means nothing. Evil people don't die young because they think of only themselves, look out for only themselves, and are willing to sacrifice others to save their own skins.
