The easiest way of doing this is using the "alt codes". Depending upon what font you're using..... (in arial you'd hold down the alt key and type 0191) ¿
You can find this by going to START > PROGRAMS > ACCESSORIES >
SYSTEMS TOOLS > CHARACTER MAP. Then choose what you want.

Hello babygirlz,
I use a Macintosh and there is a simple keyboard command for that:
Option + Shift + ?
There is also the flag menulet at the top-right. Go down to the Character Palette menu command, and you can simply click on the "Insert" button to insert this glyph into your text.
I'm not sure what Windows uses.
You may need to be concerned with who you are sending this to. If this is going into an e-mail the person that you are sending it to may not have the same capabilities.

Because that's just how the language is. Kind of like how they don't capitlize months and week days.
