SLAY: playable demonstration
Slay is a simple to learn game of strategy and cunning set in medieval times. The island is divided up between the six players, and you must try to capture your enemies' land and link up your own territories to create larger and stronger ones. You begin capturing land by attacking with your peasants. Once your territories become richer you can combine peasants to make stronger and stronger people (Spearmen, Knights and then Barons) who can kill weaker enemy troops, or knock down their castles. Just be careful that you don't create too many expensive men or the territory will go bankrupt!
The latest version of Slay for Windows allows you to play games over a network or the Internet, and to design your own islands.

I could suggest you go play the free games they have on Uproar.com or Pogo.com since the games you download you got to pay for them. Unless you go to Google and do a search for free games that can be downloaded it might work, but doesnt hurt to give it a try.

Well there not downloadable, but you can play them on the net without making an acount and some of the games are pretty cool. They do have okay graphics..not the best one's, but okay one's and TONS of different games. Try www.addictinggames.com hope this helps

how about Flyff? 3d graphics... you can fly with broom/board... you can be knight, assassin (AKA blade), elementor, and a lot more... http://english.flyff.com (right now the site could be down so dont be surprised if it doesnt open)
or you can try Maplestory - http://www.mapleglobal.com it doesn't have as good graphics as flyff, but it's still fun (btw, this game's a little more grind-based)
and lastly, you can try Dragon Gem - http://www.dragongemworld.com it's very similar to Maplestory, but a little less grinding
by the way, grinding is when you spend lots of time attacking monsters to level up
if you're very keen on graphics i highly suggest Flyff.
