Yes - you have to make the move - he is too scared to ask. Tell him that you like him and want to spend som time with him. How about getting together on your homework? Go swimming together.

You are much too young to date! But you can be friends with anyone at any age. Talk to him about school, or sports, or the school bus driver. Anything. If he doesn't want to talk, back off! And don't even think about going out with him unless it's in a group with adults included.

Eleven is WAY too young to be thinking about a romantic relationship. Most boys this young are just starting to notice girls, don't push your luck, maybe wait a few years.

First of all ithink that that you should one day spend the time prettying yourself. Wear something nice and put on nice pefume. Then when you see himm tell him how you fell. then ask him out the nice way.
