Your external reality is what is going on within you. So you are projecting your beliefs, attitudes, truths, perceptions, etc.

Reality doesn't exist. There is no way to ascertain it because there is no way to verify that the reality you perceive is the same as the reality I perceive. Therefore any description of it is moot.
