The reason I bring this up is because we had this assembly in school and they were talking about this kind of stuff.

I've never actually tried to commit suicide but I've thought about it so many times. When I was around 14-15 life was hard for me. My mom and dad were constantly fighting and they almost got divorced. I was becoming more independent and my mom couldn't handle the fact that I was growing up and she couldn't control me any more. She got angry and we argued. Then she started to abuse me mentally. She said that I shouldn't have been born and that she was sorry she had me as a daughter. She blamed me for ruining her life and that really hurt me. I started to hate her as much as I hate myself. Things were so bad it got to the point where I thought it'd be better for everyone if I just died. I was depressed for months and always thinking about how I should kill myself but I couldn't go through with it.
Even though my relationship with her got better I'll never forget what she said to me but I've learnt not to let her words get the best of me.

Yea I have and attempted to drown my self. Why? cause i was deep in drugs and didn't care. people say life is good but not for poor people we don't have nothing except for my love of family and Friends. i was put on suicide watch for 3 months when i got out of jail for slanging dope. I realized that i have to pull together and quickly recovered after spending 7 months in rehab this was all before i turned 17

No i try not to think about that kind of stuff cause one of my friends is suicidal and i feel bad cause i try to help him but i cant do anything for him. I havent talked to him in a while i hope hes ok

No but I contemplated about it for a year because my life was horrible and I was so depressed. Then I realized that I just couldn't do that to my mother and my dog. They would be so heartbroken. Yes, once in my life it was too much to take.... i really prayed hard and ask for a reason to go on living... telephone rang, and the man that i love was over the phone... that was 7 years ago.

No, but my friend wanted to for some depressing reason. I don't because God gave you life, use the opportunity to do things you what to do b/c when you're dead you can't do anything except rest.

I've never thought about it but I'm also too gutless.
I would probably make such a mess of it, I would end up spending the rest of my life disfigured or attatched to life support. :-(

Yes, whippernsnapper, more than once.
It is a permanent solution to a tempoary problem and I am grateful to God that I failed.
