It depends on who's playing it, as the music itself is most likely outside the rights management (too old). The site has no info on it, so I'm gonna guess it's not legal, especially because there are pics of albums from emi for example.

They offer is as MP3 Downloads, should if they are paying for the stuff or have the rights to put the stuff online, then yea its legal. I wouldn't worry about it, I'm sure no one is going after people downloading those artists.
