I’m afraid of water,a deep one.I heard this book helps.Any one know where I can find it?

Well, it's certainly not "Jaws." Try an online bookstore like Barnes and Noble or Amazon. Even Ebay may have it.
I cannot tell you that it will help or not, but read the customer replies, and they might help get an idea of what to expect.

Yes lots of times I feel the fear and do it anyways... I tell myself all the time that I cannot let fear keep me out of the game. I guess we're afraid of the unknown. There are times when I'm fearful of making certain decisions but I go ahead with my gut and make them anyway. If a relationship is unsatisfactory there's no way I'm gonna be afraid of leaving... I'd rather be single than miserable. Nope not afraid of the future kinda hopeful...the best is yet to come. Sometimes I am terrified of beginnings and endings but I've learnt to enjoy the beginnings and at the end just go with the flow. I fear not changing and staying the same. I fear failure and nope not afraid of dying well maybe that's a lie but I'm more afraid of not really living.
