I use it for a quick touch up. But when you look at the pad when you take it off it is filthy. You could go over the same area with a new pad and still it would be quite dirty. So really it does not clean as well as a mop and clean water. Plus you don't rinse, where does the dirty stuff on the floor go once the pad is full?

We use a swiffer mop at work at the long term care facility . It is wonderful. it also helps cut down on the spread of Germs because you can change the mopping pad after you clean your bathroom. it just puls off ans you just stick another one on,

Was not impressed at all. Besides all those throw away cleaning items are bad for the environment anyways. Plus expensive!

Buy a better mop head and make sure to clean it when you're done using it.

Are you talking about the wet/jet or wet/dry? Actually I've got both and love them. I use the wet/jet when the kitchen floor is really dirty. When I just need a quick touch up, I'll use the other one. I love the convenience of both.

We have tried both the dry and wet ones. We love the products. They make housecleaning chores easier.

If you have pets they are not good.
The chems used in the cleaning pads soaks into the animals skin through their paws and it is a deadly poison to them.
