Some people just have amazing falsetto voices. Those are voices that extend above their range and use a different part of the voice. You could also take voice lessons and do exercises to extend your range. I often sing falsetto parts when my allergies are messing with my voice, because I sing tenor, so that way I can have the assurance that I will hit the note.
