~I don't really care. Your problem not mine. By all means stay away from the mental health care professionals who are trained to deal with things like this and keep turning to a-holes like me for sympathy and advise.

Who says you have to laugh tomorrow? If you're having a bad time right now, it's unrealistic to expect that tomorrow will necessarily be better. It may take a lot of todays before you get to the point where you can even think that tomorrow may be worth looking forward to.

I don't know what has you down, but sometimes problems can't be cleared up overnight. You have to look for a glimmer of hope--that one thing that caught your fancy and made you grin or smile, even if it were only for a few seconds. If this has become an ongoing problem--one that's lasting more than a couple months--then you probably should see some help. It doesn't have to be a mental health professional, it could be your spiritual advisor or your college advisor.

As hard as it is, try to find something to look forward to that will eventually give you pleasure or someone you want to be with that is caring and supportive.

Do you want to consider adding additional details so that others who answer later will have better ideas to help you? You're vague in that we don't know if you're grieving, depressed, or what.

If you are sad you need to talk about it with someone who is a professional and try to
just worry about today not tomorrow, get through a day at a time & you can force yourself to smile even if there is nothing at the moment to smile about but it may help, even a forced belly laugh can help they say. good luck & bless you

Why worry about tomorrow when its today. Did you not see, hear, or touch God's gifts of awesome beauty? Thats one things that brings a smile to my face in the midst of chaos and pain. Smile at the world, and the world smiles back, just make sure your looking or you may miss it. :)

Don't worry about tomorrow. Tomorrow will come. Focus on right now and why you are feeling like you are. Has anything happened that has caused you to feel sad? If so, write it down and figure out how you can make it better or if someone else caused this think how they can make it better.

Yes, some people do not have the inner resources to recognize beauty inside themselves nor in the rest of creation.

Answer is simple, get whacked and then simply let them know that 'You Cant Bring me Down'. After all is said and done, tell them Cap'n Stupid sent ya and I'm sure they'll respond well when you tell them 'Send Me Your Money'. -l- Hails -l-
