Get an old blanket and rake(or leaf blower) the leaves on it. Then have someone help you dump the leaves into a bag.

Or get a lawn mower that will bag it for you

I had several large oak trees. Ist remove large twigs by hand, then I mowed slowly through the leaves with a bag attached every 4-5 days in the fall and used the mixture of finely ground leaves and grass clippings as mulch in the flower beds. I only raked late in the season once or twice to tidy up after the grass stopped growing.

The easiest way is to set your mower on the highest setting and mow the leaves up into the grass catching bag. Then empty the bag into a leaf bag. It chops the leaves so you don't use as many bags and vacuums the lawn at the same time. Works great for me and I have a huge oak and several full size maples in my yard.

BTW, my grass does fine with this, just cut it short before the snow.

My father and I used to mow them into rows, then rake them onto an old bedsheet or blanket. From there, dump the sheet into a lined trash can. It's a lot quicker than raking the whole yard.

Sorry but the only way I know is to rake them up and put them in a bag with your hands. Hope you don't have too many....really

This is a cool way - although unconventional. Ok, this is

what you do. Get a big tarp and rake the leaves into the

tarp. Gather it up, put it in your trunk. Go to a big woodsy

area and dump it out. This saves the landfills from getting them

and it's free!!!!!

I use a big broom to get most of it, and then a rake.

I am not sure there is a easy way, but if the area is big, I would suggest you invest in a mechanical garden vacuum, they work well.
