The first of these hype-up the housing market shows Location ... etc was produced by Ideal World the production company owned by Muriel Grey and her husband Hamish Barbour. This merged with Wark Clements and became IWC Media ... which was then sold.
Who first coined the phrase ... er I've no idea. Whoever claims that did ... they are probably lying ...er 'cause well ... they are estate agents who aren't known for morals, integrity and telling the truth.
