No, Robin Williams is not gay. He has been (or was - he might have divorced) married to a woman for 20 some years and has three kids.
You may be thinking of Robbie Williams, a British pop singer who is rumored to be gay.

He's got an artisitc personality. Hang around artists for a bit and you'll find they have many bisexual tendencies. I find it hard to believe living in a hollywood, he wouldn't have come out sooner, and has been forcing himself to have sex with women all this time.
