I just read your previous question and wanted to add a little imput about the selling of property behind your back and you not having your name on the titles of the property. I'm not sure about how this works where you are, but in Australia, you can lodge a caveat on the title of the home, this is a financial interest as you've lived in the home with him for so long etc (and especially if it was purchased after you started living together or married). This can be done at whatever the place is called that does deals with property titles in your country. Here it would be the Land titles office. Then it would make it near impossible for him to sell without having that caveat removed. He would have to prove that you don't have a legal finacial interest (from what I have read you do). Look into this at the same time as looking into your divorce. Good Luck.

I did answer this question but I may have been too late. I hope you are getting to grips with it now and good luck and, of course love, go with you.

Sure wish I were counted among the tally -- you asked what, again, exactly? :0
