What an amazing girl that is. We all know that he was very proud of the speech that she gave. Bindi will do many great things in her life and I believe that she will follow in her daddy's footsteps and become the greatest female crocodile hunter that there ever will be.

Too bad he had to go when he did, it is very sad, and I have the deepest sympathy for his family... A good man left the world before his time.

As an Aussie I felt much pride. Such a courageous little girl.
Her speech along with most of the memorial brought me to tears.
It was a fitting send off to a true blue Aussie.

It was so sweet, she is just adorable. I can't believe how strong she was.
Used a box of tissues I was crying so much while watching that tribute to Steve Irwin. Especially when they drove his truck out of the arena. Showed photos of him and his family, the wife he loved so much and his beautiful children. You could just see how proud he was of his family.
So sad.

I thought it was a very moving speech for such a young child. She's an adorable little girl, who expresses great maturity in the face of such a terrible family tradgedy. God bless her!

I had a very favorable reaction. She's such a pretty and sweet little girl. I'm a little surprised that she could be so well composed, under the circumstances. I hope one day she carries on in her Dad's work.

I think her speech was so grown up for a girl of 8 and it showed everyone how close she was to her father and how much she was going to miss him. She seems to be a very special little girl and thru her eye's I'm sure we will all see her father.

I thought it was beautiful. Because she was just 8 she wrote from the heart and spoke what most everyone was feeling. I think that someday there will be another crocidile hunter, her, as she seems to have his spirit.

Very touching. It brought tears to my eyes. I couldn't help but think about her loss because it sounded like she reallly loved her Daddy and he was an important influence in her life.
