yes, at 18 you are an adult and can make own decisions about your life, just be careful when you decide because a small mistake today could cost you heavy later.

I almost hate to answer this question,
But yes at 18 you can, and unless it has changed, in GA you can at 17. although at 17 you stll can't sign a legal contract.
