You need to strehngthen your feet and ancles. Do this with high-heeled shoes and without them: raise on the toes several times till your feet/calved feel it. Do it often. For the calves, you don't have to go as high as you can to make the exersise effective. For the feet, go as high as you can. When doing it in heels, make sure your heels lift off the floor.

Do the same, but put your feel shouldder-with apart and toes pointing out.

Do the same, but put your feet in one line one before another. Let the toes point out for stability. This is also a good balance exersicse. When having difficulties with heels, it usually means you have a little difficulties with balancing on them.

Here is what people told me when I asked for feet strenghtening exersises. http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=ApWk_4iqYclyD8mDaOb4_8jsy6IX?qid=20060903181257AAyPeJQ

I hope it helps.

I think you need to first get use to your shoes. Try to wear them even not in practice. You'll get use to them.
