There are a few top-rated PDA in the market. My favorite is Palm LifeDrive:

The Palm offers a fast processor, 4GB hard drive for storage of photos, music, videos, and other files, a voice-recorder, built-in WiFi and Bluetooth, and a gorgeous large screen.

I use it as a PDA, mp3 player, surf the Web, and even watch some of my DVDs (with special software).

The LifeDrive retails for $399, but you may get it a bit cheaper on eBay at http://www.ebay.com

Also, if you don't care much about the extra storage space, I would recommend looking at the Palm Tungsten T/X, which has all the features of the LifeDrive minus the 4GB hard drive, and voice-recorder.

The Tungsten T/X retails for $299.

Hello,

Well I looked up the Dell Axim x51v and that seems to be a pretty good PDA. The only problem is the battery life on it is rather low compared to other PDA's. Here's Cnet's review on the Dell Axim x51v:

Another option is the HP iPaq hx2790, theres many other hx models, but pretty much any iPaq with Windows Mobile 5.0, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth will get the job done. Here's Cnet's review for the HP PDA:

If you want you could always go towards Palm and get the Pam Tugsten E2 or the Palm T|X which both have WiFi but don't use Windows 5.0. Goodluck!

WiFi is easy, modern PDAs either have them built-in or available as external option.

WM 5 is harder to say, I don't see why you want it as requirement, since Palm OS 5 (not less) devices of today's generation outpaces a Windows Mobile machine on every account (including performance). But if that WM5 need still holds true Axim x51v maybe the only option.

I have a Palm Tungsten T3 and HP iPaq 2215 as comparison, they run the same XScale and having same amount of memory.
