Not really, no. Will we look? Probably. That doesn't mean we find it attractive. I'm not a prude or anything, but it seems to me if a girl needs to rely on that, then it's probably a smokescreen to disguise a bad personality (or the low self-esteem of someone desperate for attention). Dressing like that screams "I'm easy!!" even though she may not be, that's what it says. Leave a little more to the imagination, that's a turn-on (at least for me).
By the way, you from Europe by any chance? Trousers? Just teasing there... :)

it depends on the age of the girl and her figure, the type of thong and trousers she is wearing and what other garments she has complemented with the look. It can look sexy if its just right, sujestive perhaps, too much it could look a bit naff.

Erm! If you're 15 I guess you think you look cool and it looks sexy ( to you) but when your'e my age ( not divulging that one) it just looks awkward. Unfortunately most of the girls I see sporting this look aren't exactly slender... more belly than a Buddha and enough thong elastic to wind round the local Job centre...miaow! :-)

It usually looks sl*tty, but I consider it permissible in private, in front of the person with whom she's having a physical relationship...or plans to.
Attractive? Sure; gets my attention every time. Separate question.
Sort of like the guys who walk around wearing their boxers four or five inches above their belt line; it looks like their parents played a cruel joke on the rest of us when they taught them to dress.

i think it does if you can see the side bit a little just literally a peek of it. but only if you have a tiny frame and are wearing a t shirt that is cut off and shows a tiny belly.

My boyfriend likes it - but it's very trashy and girls will hate you for it. You'll get a bad reputation. So in the end, it isn't worth it just to turn guys on.

It partly depends on who is wearing them!
They shouldn't be visible when they are standing up but the subtle glimpse can be sexy when they bend over
