is 14 1/2 to early although my boy loves me and i love him?

It's kind of early, but that's just my opinion. I'd wait a little longer, the relationship might not work out, and you might not be with this boy forever, espeically at your age.

First love is just a reason for curiosity and sex. 14 1/2 is was so early for kind of thing. It might lead to many problems later on. Watch out!

I believe youre too young especially emotionally. I work in an OB/GYN office and it drives me insane to see girls 13 and 14 coming in pregnant because they either thought they were old enough or were pressured into sex but werent smart enough to use protection against pregnancy !! Sex is a huge responsibility to take on when you have so many other things you should be concerned with....like a good education for yourself for starters. Chances are, sad but true, boys at this age will only "hit and run" and be on to the next girl as soon as they "score" and especially when they find out youre pregnant. I say WAIT..

it's impressive that, at this age, you are even stopping to ask the question. The problems are: 1) if you end up pregnant, it is you that most of the responsibility and difficulty will fall on. 2) it's tough for you to see right now, but at 14 1/2 , neither of you knows what love really means, and how much work real commitment is. 3) you are at a stge of your life where you are setting the groundwork for who you will become for the rest of your life - this can easily be shortcircuited by getting sidetracked from an education - and that can easily happen even without the pregnancy complication.

I know you think you love him and vice versa, but at 14 1/2 you really don't know what true love means. And you certainly don't have the emotional maturity to deal with the potential aftermath of sex. Not only do you have pregnancy and disease to think about, but there are emotional effects, too. Relationships at your age rarely last and it's so much harder to get dumped by someone you've had sex with than it is to get dumped by someone you haven't had that kind of intimacy with. I'd think it was great if everyone waited until they were 18 to lose their virginity, but I know that's not ever going to happen! I would encourage you to wait, though. You may someday regret having sex at 14, but you're not likely to ever regret waiting.

14½ is way too early. Wait until 17 at the absolute least.

YOUR TOO YOUNG! Your body has not matured yet. This is not LOVE its infatuation.Big difference. PLEASE wait until your at least 18, when your body has matured. I see to many your age or younger get pregnant and have severe medical problems or die in child birth or the baby does. Please, Please do yourself a favor and wait. If this boy loves you, he will understand and honor your belief. Otherwise he just wants a piece of you and you will regret it for life, believe me!

I would definitely think about it before moving forward. You don't want any regrets later on down the road. I had regrets from having sex at 15, so if you do decide.. USE PROTECTION!!

i think that it is to early to do that. if he means it that he loves you and not lieing because he just want some you know. so wait unilt you are 18 yrs. old
