It has been suggested that the pre-ejaculate ("Cowper's fluid"), fluid emitted by the penis prior to ejaculation, contains spermatozoa (sperm cells), and is easily drawn into the vagina by capillary action. However, several small studies have failed to find any viable sperm in the fluid. While no large conclusive studies have been done, it is now believed the primary cause of Coitus interruptus (correct-use) failure is the pre-ejaculate fluid picking up sperm from a previous ejaculation. For this reason, it is recommended that users of withdrawal have the male partner urinate between ejaculations, to clear the urethra of sperm, and wash any ejaculate from objects that might come near the woman's vulva (e.g. hands and his penis).

Premature ejaculation is caused by specific things that you do before and during sex. Most of the time without even realizing it. Read here https://tr.im/DelayPrematureEjaculation

Premature ejaculation is not some gene you're born with, the result of your penis size or a part of your personality that you can never change.

pre-ejaculate does contain sperm. consequently, contagious dieases can be contracted from pre-cu-. also, pregnancy can occur. remember to practice safe-sex to prevent either of these results happening to you.
if you're ready to have a baby and know your partner's past sexual history, and that he/she is disease free, ther'e not much to worry about.
casual sex (without protection) should be avoided at all costs. it's dangerous and could result in death.

if you want proof just try it on your girlfriend without protection, and that will be your proof, or could be. Yes, you can call the semi-pre-ejaculate "love juice". It will be very thin in density, and usually comes before the main ejaculation. Like it can "ooze" out even during heavy petting. In other words you are near a major climax...
