We are not redefining the geneva convention. It was signed by countries to ensure fair treatment to its POW's and establish basic rules of war. The Islamic terrorists never signed the treaty and are not recognized as a uniformed army. This is why the terrorists are not afforded any special rights because they don't qualify nor deserve any.

Another liberal repeating the same crap. No one has redefined the Constitution, unless you call make laws out of congress redefining, which is done each and every day. Ever hear of "hate crimes?" Find that one in the Constitution.

The Geneva convention applies to COUNTRIES that signed the accord, it does not apply to terrorists who acknowledge no country. It can only be changed by the signatories in mass. France, Germany, England have all defined what is meant by "Degrading or humiliation" in their laws, you know like calling Bush a dictator or a Nazi - degrading and untrue, so I suppose under the Geneva conventions we can arrest all liberals, right?

That's a great question. Isn't it ironic that people that defend the Constitution are called traitors? I love America and it's Constitution. The real traitors and Fascists are the ones that are trying to redefine the Constitution and break our treaties like the Geneva convention, the non-proliferation treaty etc.

Why are terrorists supposed to be protected by the Geneva Convention when they do not afford these rights to their victims??
