I think you need to be honest with the person you really like and tell the other person to move along because you are already taken. It is really bad to play two people so do not do it. You need to be honest and happy. So stick with one, and let that one be the one you really like.

Personally, I'd have a hard time staying with someone who cheated on me. I don't think a relationship can survive if the trust isn't there. If I were married to this person, however, I might work a little harder to see if we could fix things, because I think marriage is a forever kind of thing and shouldn't be taken lightly.
Regardless, I'd figure out what you want to do about the relationship you're in before you start thinking about what to do about the next one. If you're staying with your partner, the new person isn't an option. If you're leaving them, seeing the new person isn't a problem.
But staying in one relationship and trying to manage another one on the side is just messy and more trouble than it's worth.

That sounds like the exact same situation i am in now except I expect the guy is cheating so I don't know love is so strong even though I suspect he is cheating i still can't find it in my heart to do him wrong so go with what you know if you know that the other dude like you alot then let the one that cheated on you go no one deserves to be cheated on especially if you are being faithful to him

I guess the other person could be your friend but why stay with the one who cheated - unless they are not doing it anymore? If you want the other one for more than friends, dump the one who's cheating!
