He's annoying when he's trying to be funny, but he's a good guy and a solid actor.

I love Robin Williams!! I think he is a genius - a real one. He is too smart and too clever to be just an average person.

Well, there are some movies that he was in that was good, like Good Will Hunting and some that just sucked so bad like that movie about him being a kiddie show performer who wanted to kill the Barney-like dinosaur. (Can't remember the name of the movie because it was so bad, I do not want to remember the name of it)
But, with the movie Insomnia and One Hour Photo on where he was a murderer and a sociopath, he proved to be VERY effective. (Which proves that sometimes the funniest or shiest people can be the most menacing people to ever cross).
I like when he plays characters like that.

Way too manic. People say he's a comic genius, but I think his jokes are mostly quite lame. He just keeps em coming rapid fire, so people don't have time to ponder their strengths or weaknesses. He's been good in some of the serious movie roles he's done though. All in all I like his movies, but I don't laugh at his jokes.

Well Gaaawwwly....Funny creative dude who for some reason makes movies that aren't too good. For him to be in movies where he does not use his creative zany humor full force is a loss for those of us who love his zany antics.

His standup and improv is AWESOME. I really respect the heck out of him, he's brilliant.
That said, the worst thing they ever did was make him follow a script.

Got tired of his crazy man antics once he reached middle age. Now it's more interesting to see him play serious roles.
