Why can't i open private messages and photos when people send them? I don't even see them. I'm new to this,

you probably just opening the email (if thats were your getting them at) you need to actually download the file they send. then once thats done, you can go to the place where you saved that file (i recommend saving it in your recieved files folder) the open it and there you go. it should work.

It's possible you don't have the software to open the files. A lot of stuff you can download free. Like realplayer at yahoo. Some files just need different software to open them. Like quicktime or something.
