Delancy and Austin are for my sisters babies and Alana and Jabari are for my baby. Do you like them or should we change them?

I like Delancy and Alana...both just sound good to me. I agree with someone else's answer. Try to be a kid and make fun of them! I thought my daughters name of Lydia was joke free until a 5 year old with a lisp called her "titieya" I was horrified...luckily it never stuck! LOL

I think Delaney Alana or Aiyanna is cuter and Austin Dean is cute.
Alana Rae or Lee or Rose and Jabari ...I don't like that one, sorry.
You see, you should do the syllable thing. Like a 3 syl first name sounds good with a 2 or 1 syl middle name. A 1 syl first name sounds better with 2 or 3 syl middle name. You must always take into consideration what the last name is going to sound like also. Get yourself a baby name book. It will explain how to put them together to sound good and look good. Like their initials, Alana Sue Smith is going to come out A.S.S. Know what I mean? Planning planning planning. Good luck to both of you on your new arrivals. Get your sonogram done and then you will narrow it down to boy or girl names. :)

The only names i really liked was Alana and Lily, but not together. The rest are....well, I'm more of a traditionalist...namest hat never go out of style an therefore, can never be dated. My name is Jennifer and EVERYONE know's I'm a 70's baby--drives me nuts! I have a Hannah and a Nathan and I know those two names will never *go out*. I also like the names Daniel, Elizabeth, Samantha, Kristen, and Rachel....they just never get old fashioned!

jabari is not good. jaba the hut
and austin deslin does not flow-both end with an "in" sound.
i don't like delancy. alana is okay.
i like lily aiyanna!!

I like all those names, but not together.
I really like Alana, but not the 2ND name with it.
I also like Delancy, but not the 2ND name.
It's up to you, tho. If you are happy with the name, then that's that.

I would flip Alana Lily to Lily Alana(You don't have to, but that's up to you), and Jabari seems to be a weird name. It's just my opinion.

I think Jabari is an interesting name. I like unique names my two youngest are Adeliah and Zondra. Knowing the meanings are helpful too. Good luck!!

I like them all but Jabari, that is just weird unless you are adopting a baby from Zimbabwe or something.
