1.for general awareness and related topics go in for readers digest or time
2.for fashion,trends,whts in n out go in for teen vogue.elle teen
3.for really fab interesting reads but a little info bout sex and all go in for cosmo girl and seventeen

Food, well, I guess you can eat any magazine, but I'd probably stay away from the pages with a lot of colors. Those dyes can be toxic.
