Sorry wishupona.... The question was "Said without words" vs "Spoken without a voice" FOR ME I'm going with Said without words" Because I'm basically lazy.....The phrase has one less word,also I find it rolls off my tongue more easily. Not to mention my kids are familiar with EXACTLY WHAT I JUST SAID without a word!

Said with words is self explanatory.
Spoken without a voice could be the use of body language, like a frown, or a look of utter disbelief.

Said with words.... Any of President Bush's speeches, when he uses strong words like "barbarity" to show how strongly he feels about defeating the terrorists.
Or "God Damn it...!" When someone shouts this using a certain verbal inflection, it most certainly means that the person who said it is now upset about something.
What about songs? They reveal emotions through words.
Spoken Without a Voice? The mute who communicates through facial expressions and hand gestures to his or her family is most certainly using a valid form of communication.
Artwork: painting, sculpture, drawing, etc... Artists express a feeling, or some sort of meaning through their work. Some artists excel in showing pain, or motion, or dreamery in their peices.

Do cultures differ in their use of both of these? Yes, but by no means does one matter more than the other.
In certain African tribes, a dance can mean a whole dialog of words, without saying a thing.
In a European stage show, the actors invoke certain feelings through their lines, emphasizing certain words, whispering when necessary.
