my daughters father is full blooded indian and his mom and dad are both registered with their tribes. So i know she is eligable to recieve tribal benefits but can I get them for her without traveling hundreds of miles from home and get the application or whatever is needed to get her tribal benefits started online or through the mail?

Are you asking if you can apply for tribal benefits on line? I guess it probably depends on what tribe you belong to and what benefits you are trying to get.
