THEN YOU ARE DOING IT WRONG. YOU HAVE TO PUSH YOURSELF TO GO BEYONE YOUR COMFORT LEVELS TO FEEL ANY SENSE OF ACCOMPLISHMENT. ALSO, TO REALLY RELEASE THE ENDORPHINS AND KICK START SERATONIN PRODUCTION. YES, YOU HAVE TO BREAK A SWEAT.
YOU CAN ALSO MASTER SOME OTHER SKILS. TRY DARTS OR POOL. TRY A MARTIAL ART. DO SOMETHING UNTIL YOU GET GOOD ENOUGH TO TEACH IT TO SOMEONE, AND DO SO. IT WILL BUILD YOU UP.

If you feel that something is seriously wrong, that you are depressed a lot of the time or that sometimes you also have "crazy periods" you may have some sort of mood disorder (such as depression or bipolar disorder). Consult the DSM-IV to see if you meet the criteria, but be careful to be too overzealous. To fit the description you must exactly match it - it can't be wishy washy. That's how a lot of people get misdiagnosed with ADHD.

Look to what made you feel better in the past, and then do it. If it is unhealthly, do it sparingly, but still do it if it makes you feel better.

Find out what is it that makes you feel bad to begin with? Then change it.
