I assume you are referring to web page source codes.

Yes, there are some sites out there, just check for yourself.

(1) Encrypt:
Go over the first link and right-click, see if you can read data there. The source is encrypted a little bit.

(2) Right-click block:
Another interesting site is the last one (Just In Time). It will block your right-click so you won't click the view source. This one could make your web reader harder to get on your source but don't rely 100% on it.

If you're talking about the source code of a webpage then no, there's no way to block it. When someone click on a link the pure source code of the page is then transferred to their browser which interprets the source code to render the page on screen. Because the actual source code is transferred to the users browser, and thus onto their actual machine, they can always view the source code itself and there's no way to stop this without also stopping their browser being able to display the page itself.

Source codes are just text files. If you have XP Pro, you can encrypt the files, or you can use an encryption program (Google search for one.)
Another method would be to use one of those file compression programs like WinZip which can compress and password-protect files.
