Sometimes they are points gaming, you can report it as abuse.
Sometimes they are just ignorant children and they really just dont know any better.
Just as a point: a question like this is probably not going to stop them from acting that way.
Sometimes people have a clue. This site isnt guaranteed help, but its possible help. Its also free. If you want guaranteed help for car stuff, go pay money to talk to a mechanic. If you want possible reasonable help you can talk to a shade-tree mechanic on here.

I TOTALLY AGREE. SOME OF THE QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS ARE IN FACT STUPID AND ARE A WASTE OF OUR TIME. ITS TO BAD THAT THIS SITE CANT BE USED AS A SERIOUS PLATFORM TO LEARN, SHARE AND GROW. BUT, GUESS THE OLD SAYING-"ITS ONE THING TO BE THOUGHT OF AS A FOOL...ITS ANOTHER TO OPEN YOUR MOUTH AND PROVE IT" HAS NOT BEEN HEARD BY SOME. IM BEHIND YOU.
