have you ever come across the issue of employee blogging content being "discoverable" content that poses a risk for the company? if so, how did you deal with it and get your internal blogs launched?

well if they are are giving away trade secrets then that's a bit different from doing it on thier break or something.
I think there is an easy way to keep a blog just don't allow it to be seen like under preferences.
