For me, I wanted to see real snow even once in my life. I live in the Philippines and we never get any snow. I have always wanted to have snowball fights and make snowmans and snow angels. You could see how sad a life I have. But what I wanted most was to sit by a fireplace and drink warm cocoa. All that alongside the usual Christmas stuff. There, that's my ideal Christmas celebration.

I visited there this autumn. very advantageous city. the city middle is extremely "touristy". the anybody is variety and friendly and that i felt very secure there. there are a number of touristy variety agencies. The pubs are stable for meals and drink. The cobblestones are no longer trouble-free to stroll on and the streets are old and uneven, with some stairs and slender sidewalks. placed on good footwear. do no longer even dream of donning heals. Very worldwide ecosystem in Edinburgh--the citadel gracefully seems over the city and there is an incredible type of super shape. take interior the numerous attractions earlier going out to party! I observed various youthful human beings there, seems to be a loaf around city for youthful human beings---form of united states of america and conservative Scot mixed with a grungy worldwide adolescents hostel and faculty pupil crowd. respectable expenses and such. Edinburgh is amazingly commonly Scottish and the locals say edinnburra. I enjoyed the fish and chips!

One in particular I would like to attempt to recreate was a group of unrelated folk that came together in the dessert and brought their cultural beliefs from the families past ...each got up and told about theirs the Pagans said this time of year they celebrate the birth (re birth ) of the SUN... they celebrate the Winter Solstice...and Christmas trees were way b 4 Christ and the candles lit (now lights) were to welcome the returning SUN...very interesting...we all shared stories and feasted on foods brought by each... then we played drums and gave each person in turn a kiss and hug . we shared gifts that were all made by the giver and there was singing and dancing to instruments brought by everyone...the kids fell asleep around the fire on warm blankets ...eventually.... and the adults settled down to tell stories and speak of Gratitude and Forgiveness and as the sun rose a gr8 cheer rang out...and we went to breakfast at a near by home of one of participants...and off our separate ways...with our hearts a glow...

Having the kids running thru the house at 5am.
Hearing the laughing and the oohs and ahhs and look what I gots. Having everyone open a gift one at time so it lasts a long time. Then, going to the inlaws, or to Church, or maybe even staying home sometimes waiting for family to come to our house.

Getting my WHOLE family (even in-laws) who live/are stationed all over the world together in a nice (large) cabin (no TV, no internet) up in the rockies for about a week for fishing, skiing/snowboarding, big dinners, no presents, cocoa drinking, cloud watching etc. That would really be really nice to me....
