Viatimin E oil rubbed into your belly, thighs and hips daily can help prevent stretchmarks... Keep applying Vitamin E even after delivary as it will help any stretchmarks you did get deminish more quickly...
As for razor bumps get a good moisturizing shaving cream/ gel
http://www.skintimate.com/
Change razor blades often (3-4 uses and get a new one) , Shave your legs (other bits) only after a 15 minute soak in a warm bath (add bath oil) ... Apply the shaving cream/gel wait 3-4 minutes before you begin shaving so the cream has a change to moisturize a bit...... Shave in the oposite direction of hair growth.... Use long even strokes rather than short strokes and try not to go over any one area more than twice... Rinse with warm water... Pat dry.... Apply moisturizing lotion while skin is still warm (You can warm the lotion by placing the bottle in a basin of warm water while you soak and such)

Use baby oil before you step out of the shower everyday, all of your life. When you buy body soap, make sure to get the baby oil. Stretch marks are in a lot of cases, has to do with how much elastin properties you were born with but baby oil kept me from getting any stretch marks and I have four children. I am 5' tall and weigh about 95 lbs and I had one that was 9 lbs. No stretch marks. Baby oil!!! Use it till the day you die, I promise, you will like the way your skin feels. As far as razor bumps, use neet or nair from now on or get a wax. :)

To prevent stretch marks you can use Udder Balm. It's in a black and white container like a cow. It worked for all three of my pregnancies. For razor bumps go on line (if your 18+) to www.slumberparties.com. They have something called coochy cream that works great!

My wife used to have problems with that. Take a hot shower first, before you shave. The hot water softens the hair so you can shave easier. Use shaving gel, of course. Also you might want to try an electric razor; They make ones for ladies. They irritate your much less than a traditional razor blade shaver. Anyhow, my wife said that helped her. Give it a try.

Nothing will prevent stretch marks. A lot of women swear by cocoa butter, but it is not guarunteed to work. Most of it is genetics. If your mom got stretch marks you most likely will to. If your mom didn't get stretch marks you might not get them. I know women that used cocoa butter religiously 2-3 times a day while pregnant and their stomachs look like a road map.
