i saw a round, eight-legged, black bug today and i'm worried. I dont think its lice, but it was full of blood. I've searched a lot of pictures and don't recognize any of them as this bug.
HELP!!!!!!

It's probably a tick or a bed bug. Both are round, black, eight legged and drink blood. There are many species of each. It's definately not a louse (singular form of lice). They're very small and white.

Some more info would help, i.e. the size of the bug, where in the world you live, and where you saw the bug.

If it has 8 legs, it is not an insect, but an arachnid - which includes such things as scorpions, ticks, spiders.

If it is round and full of blood, it is probably a tick. I would suggest that you look up ticks, there are about four or five varieties in the US.

They can cause serious problems such as rocky mountain spotted fever, deer tick fever (BOTH OF WHICH I HAVE HAD).

Look up the symptoms of those problems, they are about the same.

If it fell off of you, go and see a doctor and if you have the tick, take it with you.

I believe the only thing it could be is a tick. Put it in a jar and if you become ill, take it with you to the emergency room, or your Dr.

Full of blood suggests it is a tick.

Ticks can become round and unrecognizable as ticks if they become engorged. From your description, it's a tick.
