If you are asking about Spain, look at the events that take place in that country, such as the running of the bulls.
Throughout South America and the Caribbean each country has different customs. For instance Africans culture is influential in some of the countries that affect their customs.
My sister's mother is from the Dominican Republic and they eat 12 grapes on New Years for luck. She also eats pinto beans in a sugary sauce on Easter for luck.
You would have to research the different countries or speak to someone from a Spanish speaking country.
