cross multiply. whatever 16*21 is (can't find a calculator or scratch sheet) the answer is negative (a negative times a positive is negative - on the other side you're left with N.

MULTIPLY BOTH SIDES OF THE EQUATION BY THE DENOMINATOR TO CANCEL OUT THE FRACTION AND SOLVE FOR THE INTERGER!!!
