you asked the right person. if you want to spend 9.98-14.98, get Starburys. they are really good. Reebok can also make good shoes, almost all of them are under 100%. Adidas has some good ones also. Maybe the T-Macs or the KG's. I recomend the Adidas T-Mac 5 or the Reebok (RBK) ATR Pump Mids.

The top shoe - the Reebok ATR Pull Up Mid Athletic Athletic For Men - looks like it best supports what you're looking for, but all of them should be worth a look.

Looking for back support go with no other shoe other then new balance. They have great shoes because there not as bendable as a nike. Nike shoes are the worst because you can bend them and twist them if you try and do that to a new balance it cant happen. I wear new balance for back support.

Whatever you decide on, look for it on ebay as well. A lot of retailers sell brand new shoes on ebay for half the price or better. Often it's a purchase now price so you don't even have to bid. Good luck!
