Well you can get a trial version but it expires after a set time period

i got The Sims 1 from limewire
just go to it, and click on computer programs or something like that. then give the name "dreamweaver" and someone might have it
also, theres a thing called a crack code. you get like a false copy of dreamweaver, andthen use that crack code to break into it. t works. but you have to have someone with that crack code, or buy it online. its cheaper than the actual program!

if you are a beginner to web design i suggest you forget about dreamweaver. it is meant for professionals and is way too difficult for newbies
instead download an easier one like http://www.coffeecup.com/ and search google for coffeecup tutorials

Not free,but at the university where I work they have it for a greatly reduced price. Know anyone who works/goes to a college? :-)=
