I'm not into the whole celebrity thing and I dont even have a favorite celerbrity... however, if Stephen King is considered a celebrity, I'd choose the latter. If not, I'd choose the cash.

Being able to party with my favorite band is worth more than $500.
Plus after meeting them they might just invite me to party with them every time they are in town!
