Grab the "Breeze about town" bus to go from the University to the station. The station and the school are only about a mile apart, so walking is certainly an option too. If you want to walk, you can mapquest both places and see the exact route. I wouldn't hesitate to do that in the daytime. Of course you can always take a taxi too. And I'd grab a bite to eat before heading to the station. There are some nice places to eat near the station, but they can be pricey and there is more variety closer to the University.
