Well, first you have to ask how to spell their name so you can write it correctly. Then you ask them if there is anything new or interesting they would like you to include in your story.
Then you need to ask her some questions about herself and ask her why she wanted to do this or that.
Don't forget to ask her what her opinions are on ongoing things in the world.
