The Atlanta culture is spreading out across the country like wildfire - higher income people are getting better at keeping illegal activities to themselves because they know that police look for the fat cats to bust rather than the "street" level people.
So, six people can form an "enterprise" and deal with other "enterprises" in their hood or elsewhere. Rap promotes these "enterprises."
Rap illustrates the problem but is not the cause of the problem. Rap does not contribute to the drug culture - the drug culture already exists. Rap illustrates sex - but does not contribute to sex.
Society has broken down and "enterprises" are in it for themselves. "Enterprises" can get away with being disrespectful because the "offender" can be dealt with violently or with one bullet from a Tek-9.
