GF means Guard-Forward, a combo type of wingmen who can play both Shooting Guard and Small Forward positions. They are usually agile, quick, good shooters, can slash to the basket and can finish fastbreak plays well. Typical GF's in the NBA are TMac, Vince Carter, Lebron, Corey Magette, Iguodala, etc.
